FOUNDER
Kieran is a seasoned professional in project management and business planning, with a career spanning more than two decades. The works have ranged from our capital city CBD to remote regions of our, Western Australian; Pilbara & Kimberly to Queensland gas fields. He has established himself as a respected authority in the field of project management and strategic business consultancy.

Kieran’s expertise lies in his ability to meticulously plan and execute projects of varying complexities across diverse sectors, underpinned by a wealth of experience in the construction feasibility, design, development & delivery,  coupled with Company management . He possesses a keen eye for detail and an unparalleled commitment to ensuring that each project under his guidance not only meets but often exceeds its goals.

Thomas is an experienced urban and regional planner and property development project manager. He has worked in the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors, with a focus on social and affordable property development. Based in Busselton and working across the state, he understands the unique nature of WA’s regional areas.
Thomas has substantial experience in the social and affordable housing space, with a keen understanding of how to deliver housing in regional areas and challenging market environments. He has delivered projects that build an understanding of the barriers and enablers of housing delivery, provide early due diligence and project feasibility testing, secure project funding, and he has managed the construction and delivery of social and affordable housing projects.
Thomas is committed to working with government and community organisations to achieve well-informed and effective outcomes that benefit the wider community.

Aaron is an architectural designer who specialises in the design of modular and remote infrastructure. His experience in this field spans 20 years, and across a broad range of applications and project types. From mining villages, to remote housing, for both private and public institutions. His passion is to improve regional communities through the built form, and to do so with innovative thinking.
